Sandy Gatlin Art

I have been surrounded by extremely talented artists my entire life; my father, my husband and my son, Alex. I was an art major in high school and college, however, my time for art is now in my retirement years. Pure joy is in paint. Happiness happens on the finished canvas. Recently, inspired by and mentored by two brilliant artists, Arlene Towne and Bonnie Miller, I have found my joy and my happiness at the end of a pallet knife through the use of color, texture and imagination on my own abstract journey.
